Cyberpunk is high, but not high enough to be concerning

Optimization is likely my guess for MCC. The game always ran like shit even in the old graphics setting

As for cyberpunk, It's hard to explain, but it's almost like the game "degrades" over time

When I first load in for the first 30mins to an hr, it plays great. But the more I play, the more my fps just tanks, Idk

Anyone here have experience with OBS? Currently trying to troubleshoot my quality issues when streaming. I assume most of it has to do with the shitty Twitch servers, but I've been having so many "Encoding Overloaded" issues, even when trying to turn stuff down to 720p

Currently running on 40-45mbps upload speed, so that should be no problem to play on 720p or even 1080p for that matter. Here's my output and video settings.
