but im being absorbed by intel more atm after reading about upcoming AMD gen, because I'll be able to use both 13th gen and the current 12th gen cpu on the same 600 series chipset boards, 13th gen is said to be compatible with LGA 1700. but AMD on the other side has changed grounds and the AM4 socket is being replaced, also AMDs AM5 builds are gonna be much more expensive because they are DDR5 only.

It isn't fair to say nothing completely, but you can't reliably use TDP alone to get an idea of where temps will be. A cooler that lists a 135W TDP won't struggle to cool a 95W TDP CPU at stock under normal load, but the properly-tuned ideal for a 2600X is always going to run cooler than the equivalent on an 8700k.
Your temps depend more on your cooler's design and all than a TDP number given by AMD or Intel, yes

Ive made my decision abt the cpu and its gonna be 12700 for sure, now im studying the differences between the 12700 and 12700K, I asked that cuz someone told me the K one will be running hotter on idle in comparison to the non K one, cuz 12700 has a TDP of 65w and 12700K has a TDP of 125w. now im not sure if intel has used the same cores on 12700 and boosted them from 2.1Ghz (on 12700) to 3.6Ghz (on 12700k), or they are separate design which makes them work at the same temps with 12700.

Turn off the ps4 by holding power button wait for two bleeps then release and on the back of controller there's a hole inside that is a reset button use a pin to push it then turn on ps4 plug in the controller with Usb cable to re sync the controller

Well, I should probably give the full code. Essentially what that code does is takes a list of names in "first name, last name" format and switches them to "last name, first name" format. The reason I didn't do a simple reverse is due to some of the names being more complex, like "J R R Tolkien" and "C S Lewis".
That being said, it looks like the way you formatted it works perfectly when inserted.
