First you need to reach level 5, then you need to write into @wanton apex and request permission to post them. Then it's a process of finding the memes you want to steal from the broader internet, downloading them into a folder on your computer, going to discord, hitting the plus button in the dialog box which will open a separate window that allows you to select the image file, and then you'll wanna navigate your file browser to the directory that contains the file you downloaded which will have to be some form of image file or video that fits within the required parameters and you can then either "double-click" on that file to select it or simply click it once and, once it's been highlighted by your Operating System, click enter. At this point Discord should have a preview of your image displayed within the message box where you can add additional text or images to your meme selection as you see fit. Reading is largely based on eyesight, which ours is actually kind of bad. The eyes take in light, transfer it to the optic nerve, which is sent to the Thalmus where your brain adds in other senses (smells, sounds, balance, air pressure, etc...) to help assess the situation and then sends it to the occipital lobe (back of the brain) where the image is upside-down and also missing info. Your brain pieces together what it's seeing, with what it thinks it SHOULD be seeing (which is why you can sometimes see rims spinning backwards, btw) and forwards that to the rest of the brain.

BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE! Your brain also sends visual info to your Mirror Neurons, which take the info in and look for the tiniest discrepancies. If it finds any (for example, a fly on the wall you didn't notice at first, or a tiger in the bush) it sends a 'hol up' to your brain to take another, much longer, more cautious look. (Mirror Neurons also do other things and are one of the supporting arguments for brain waves, but that's a story for another day)
