But if you've played with other planes before, mainly the German ones

It's not all that great

The flight performance is pretty average and in dogfights it's hard to win

The main problem tho is that it makes you keep playing the same variant until 4.3 or something

P400 had other variants with the main modification being adding 30-37mm guns attached to the rotor

Those variants were mostly made for the Soviet union since soviets at that time really liked 1 shot guns

While other American planes had 6-8 .50 cals

P-47 and p-51 variants are absolutely loveable to play

Each time it gets better

And the first p-51, although it felt like a fucking Brick to handle, had 4 20mm guns

No German plane can't survive those

I feel like the best way to understand the world is just to explore the map for yourself. Every ruin, every camp, scavenging location and history relic tells a story. No hand holding.
