Indeed, when you enter a house (aka garage) You can enter the auction house and set a price for a car you want to sell. Only downside is you will need to hope someone will bid on it otherwise you get nothing.

The only way to "sell" cars, is if you get a dupe car from a wheel spin, you have an option to either sell or keep it. Unfortunately, there is no actual way to "sell"
