They can one hit if you're on low health, but it's actually part of what makes the game scarier because it constantly makes you realize that you barely survived.

Any game with unavoidable enemies that one hit regardless of health (looking at you, Last of Us franchise) is inherently going to be more frustrating than scary.

A game where you know you can take the risk but where you're scraping by on the last couple points of health is much more effective in keeping the player om edge.

Forza Horizon 4 is by far the greatest sandbox free roam car game, and you will enjoy it because it is realistic enough to have a good feel of the car, however it isn't a full sim racing game like Project Cars 2, Dirt, Assetto Corsa etc

Need for speed is good if you wanna feel like you are 6 again on a dave and busters/Chuck E. Cheese arcade machine, other than that it is the least from realistic and all you do is slide.
