Different kind of grind. Youll be grinding for gear/weapons with specific stats/attributes to fit your build. They introduced "targeted loot" which refreshes every day. So if you need a certain brand piece, or a specific slot, there are areas with increased chances of it dropping.

The game seems to be perpetually on sale, so maybe pick up the base game and if you enjoy it, grab the WoNY expansion.
