for excalibur, usually people build around exalted blade because that's kind of the whole reason of using him

exalted blade is an ability with a constant drain so you want either high efficiency or high duration or a mix of both in order to reduce that drain

its damage is affected by strength, so you'd put strength in

I don't typically hold efficiency in high regard even for frames like Excalibur

If you have the dead eye level to where you stay in it after a shot you should be fine

I don't that's why I asked if there was a way to complete or change it back to the original deadeye

If there's no way to change it back then I'm guessing I have to wait till I'm John

Not sure why you want it back to the original but John has his dead eye maxed when the epilogue starts

Because I want to complete 100% and I can't complete the challenge since I have to shoot 3 hats off with the same deadeye

And with the deadeye I have now once I shoot it gets cancelled

You unlock the dead eye upgrade in the trolley robbery mission in chapter 4 iirc
