w+right click combos typically move you forward more

some stances have combos that do more damage

learn which combo in your stance does the most damage, then just do that one + interchange the w+rmb combo if you need to close the gap to an enemy

one example is crimson dervish: the w combo does 300% damage per hit

but you might choose to use the w combo occasionally because it might put an enemy in range

or honestly just do whatever, because it's more fun to just have varied combos in your attacks

in this game, 300% isn't anything worth chasing anymore

probably why crimson dervish has taken second place to vengeful revenant, because vengeful revenant is actually fun to use
