The 1st one is the air DLC which gives u a seperate story, few more bases, a wingsuit upgrade, few new weapons and new challenges
The 2nd one is the mech DLC (or just ground) which gives u a new big island with 4 provinces, new vehicles, new seperate story and new challenges
The last DLC would be the sea DLC, which has also a new story, a new vehicle and a large water region with bases, but its kinda the lamest out of the 3 DLCs.

Well, i would recommend u 1st to go into training mode or whatever its called in english, and try playing with the heros u wanna start
And afterwards if u dont get along with the hero's settings or any setting, then change it on the settings and try it again if it works better
Long story short: u either could play with the standard settings (which either u will get along or hate it (like me) or u just change them which can take up to an hour
But if u wanna play wanda, then u dont need to change anything. She is the easiest hero to play and doesnt even need skill to be played (well, except for the ulti)
