Or connectivity issues are preventing full speed Matchmaking

To an extent, (Ill use discord as an example), some devices with older accounts have numbers, such as legacy usernames on discord how we had the #0000 at the end of them, xbox kinda had that going, and activision has the longer digit numbers, these exist entirely because people kept having the same usernames as others, so finding 1 particular person would make it harder
