i take that back, samus is mostly just projectile spam but i prefer to use her to get insane damage but short combos (down throw > forward air > charge shot), like yeah sure you could play samus by just being a little projectile bitch but actually getting up close is a ton of fun with her.

Ike on the other hand is just fun to play because of his unbelievably busted aerials, his forward air is a decent option, nair got nerfed but it's still got a goofy ass hitbox, and back-air is probably his fastest aerial and is incredibly goated if you use an upsmash after it to catch opponents out of shields. not to mention that ike's neutral b has a hitbox behind it that always pisses people off when they forget about it lol. both are fun and pretty solid characters but they aren't that broken.
