Turn off the motion blur for carx in its photo mode and use the realexposure reshade
Idk about carX,but in GTA
I record a clip and attach the cam to the car and slow down the vid to 0.5x
Then i play the clip and enable that reshade at the same time which gives it a motion blur effect
In AC,blur is done automatically
U dont need any external software
