Easily the rarest vehicle is rusty tractor. It can't be acquired via gctf glitches, etc as it's a Pegasus vehicle. Only unlockable via getting to level 1000 arena wars which I imagine very few people have done. Easier to get on PC but illegitimately of course.

I find it too small. If it were 10 - 15% larger, I'd be fine with it. Then, the wings are too large. The rear diffuser is too fat. The sideskirts become too bulky. The front bumpers are disappointing. The splitters look out-of-place.

Aaaaand, the one custom front bumper that doesn't have the high-beams, still has the lights magically intact. (Similar to the Elegy RH8's non-existent reverse light on custom diffusers.)
