Bennys upgrade adds abunch of interior options like shell gearshifts bobble heads tiger print lining and hydraulics. Nothing practical just visual. Nero is most expensive of benny's at 2.045 m amd only 600k to upgrade....

The car isn’t the only factor to winning a race, it’s primarily driver skill at least in public lobbies. A shitty driver in a Krieger still might not be fast enough to beat an experienced driver in a Vagner.

That, and the “best” car is entirely dependent on the track. There is no universal “best” car in most classes
