the avenger is not a average plane or helicopter, if you slow down the engines they turn off unlike a normal helicopter

avenger has the issue because when you switch it to "plane" mode it can shut off, if you happen to shut it off as you're switching to "heli" mode it'll drop like a rock

in "plane" mode, the engines will shut off if you hold the brake for too long, when you're going to switch to heli mode do NOT hold the brake, wait for it to fully switch to heli mode then you can start using the brake again

that will avoid accidentally killing the engines

between scramjet and toreador, both are great
toreador can get around on water quite fast and its short fast cooldown boost lets it take corners quite nicely; scramjet can catapult into the air at will and ends up being surprsingly effective in pvp with practice

at the end of the day if the pilot can aim either hydra or lazer always win because they just need to hit a shot with the meme cannon on the initial merge and the enemy plane is crippled or dead
if you're not that good then lazer turns a lot faster
that said the hydra can be pretty scary when vtol is used just to get the nose rotated, but that takes a lot of practice to learn and is almost never seen

Rockstar never fixed the gtos bounce boost since it was both a benefit and huge issue for any serious racing. Infact there attempt at fixing it made it a meta sports car

So I doubt they're concerned about one of the shitter sports cars having a bounce to boost bug in freemode
