Insurgent has a mounted turret for a passenger but driver can't use any weapons if I'm correct. nightshark comes with mounted minigun for the driver but can only shoot foward. Nightshark is faster, takes more explosive damage and is easier with driving.

I found myself in this dilemma.
In the end I went with the 4 missile barrage.
When players, NPCs, (vehicle and cars) are grouped up, the missile targeting becomes a cluster fuck.
It took some practice, but in the end missile barrage will be more worth it.
Considering all helicopters are going to lose to a Mk2 Depressor and all jets, it's best to get something that remains consistent.
Besides, lock on missiles struggle on fast moving cars.
4 missiles well aimed however, will not.
