The best online vehicle for someone who wants to drive is the virtue, it's got great acceleration which is essential for escaping in the city streets, anti lock on and up armored upgrades so you don't get one tapped by c4 or a missile. I often fight back against air targets with it and find its my best chance against the typical oppressive player.

It's got a bad top speed and terrible braking because it's such a heavy vehicle but those are the only downsides to the vehicle imo also because it's so heavy you can often use it to pit others that dont expect that kind of weight from such a small vehicle

I like the knightshark but it doesn't have anti lock on so it just can't compete imo

Yes. It's still just behind the GTS for top speed with HSW, but it has better grip/accel so it puts up fast lap times if you wanna race with it. Also good for getting around the map fast if you don't wanna fly

Most of the tuner DLC cars are good for that. Sentinel classic, both Kanjos, Postlude are all good choices too
