the trick to color stock wheels is sorta simple. go to a mod shop(make sure you have stock wheels beforehand). then pick custom wheels and color them any way you want. then pick stock wheels . get out of the mod shop and immediatly quit to story mode. then go back to online (must be the same session type you were in before). if you did it right, the wheels should be colored

be aware, it doesn't work on all stock wheels
