The Banshee GTS HSW is the fastest car in top speed but that hardly is impressive when you don't get to use it, if you raced on the freeways up to paleto it'd win.

Want fast acceleration, use the Cyclone II with HsW, its the fastest at accelerating both backwards and forward for a non-weaponized vehicle
