The car is glitched by default, its windows are bulletproof, the guy is also using vehicle godmode glitch which makes it also explosion proof, this combination make him basically untouchable

Only way to kill him is to get right up to his car and no scope him with a sniper (the barrel needs to be inside the car) but he needs to be either afk or really dumb to die to that

Or you could try ramming him into water somehow

Sucks you can't chuck explosives but whatever!

its great for new players, for missions tho I prefer the armored kuruma, its cheap, has better armor to bullets and is easier to drive
