The oppresor mk2 is a great griefer counter device, they can't lock on because you're too maneuverable, so you can get EZ payback until they give up griefing you, that's how I use the mk2, so if you have problems with ppl blowing up your car over n over I would get it to counter that

Yeah Toreador is better at that purpose I admit, it's also harder to chip it down with aircraft because it just needs to hit you with one missile and you basically die

While a mk2 cant chip down a nightshark anything with Infinite missiles can

Its also easier to dodge missiles in the Toreador due to its boost

nightshark is also vulnerable to high powered weapons such as my b11 who can easily kill a nightshark within 1 second(barrage missiles or machinegun,both do the job in 1 second or a little more) but toreador is evasive and ngl i have a hard time hitting toreadors with it
