Buy last offroad wheels, paint them with the color u want, order plates for that car. When you claim the order, the wheels will change to painted stocks

Other than that, only merge glitches will do

have never done that method because repainting a custom wheel to the colour your like, switching back to stock wheels and rejoining lobby is easier and more efficient

all you have to do is quit the online session you are in, go to story, then back to an online session

and then see whether or not your stock wheels are painted
