Half-track is not a defensive vehicle. It can't run away from things it can't fight. You use it aggressively against things that it is good at (mainly people on foot).

When I say defensive you think it’s just running away? You have armor to protect yourself a stronger gun for a gunner thay can’t be shot from the side he’s aiming and bulletproof front and back for the driver. If you’re getting harassed by someone you can use this defensive to get away and spam mines and shoot them.
