The Toreador not really mandatory, so I wouldn't get the Stromberg as a bridge. If you have the funds and can complete the contract before <t:1747299600:f> I suggest buying an Agency with Vehicle Workshop.

The Vehicle Workshop allows you to add armor plating and lock on jammers to select cars, protecting you from the missiles of the Oppressor MK2 and similar vehicles.

Stirling is really quick with the HSW upgrade and can have a lock on jammer, but has no explosive resistance, so it's subpar for public lobbies

I favor vehicles that have at least some form of explosive resistance, and the imani cars have that while looking like regular cars

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, but there are very few traditional cars in the game that are actually difficult to drive. 99% of them are pretty easy and manageable

Most cars that people say are difficult to drive are just difficult by GTA standards but realistically, any competent driver from most other racing games can hop into GTA and easily handle every car in the game
