ok I'll give you a method.

This has been disproved already as being fake and that the wheel is 100% random (maybe it worked many ages ago), but I keep doing it and it somehow kind of works, not always, but somewhat. When you wait longer to turn the wheel, it spins slower. So I wait 3-4 seconds and then I move my joystick from 9 PM to 6 PM and release it. A lot of the time it lands on the 15,000 RP or the car slot.

But if you don't wanna do that, just spin and if you see you're not going to win what you want, just do ALT F4 before the win becomes definitive to close the game. Then open it again and you will be able to spin it again. Set your spawn location to "Last Location" and stand at the casino entrance so you spawn nearby every time and keep spinning until you get what you want
