that function says:

• If not, but Hue is between 314 and 330, use Null Pearlescent (120)
• If none of both is right, calculate an average between each single non Buyable-As-Pearlescent ID Color Hue and their Extreme Borders (Mathematically Talking) to do an Accurate Range (Calulated by Hand, Pencil and Paper by Myself because i don't trust Excel doing that shit) and compare it to the Car Hue to determine an Accurate and Matching Hue Color
