The Turismo R is free in Legendary. As a first vehicle its good and fast, its the one i used.
The Nagasaki Carbon RS and the BAti801 are both good bikes for low levels.
The Duke o Death is armored, can drift, decently fast, and later you can put imani upgrades on it like a missile jammer. msotly bulletproof so its good in missions.
The Virtue is free with last dose missions.
Not the fastest super but with ImaniEV upgrades and insta acceleration, its perfectly fine.
The nighshark while being more expensive is fast and can take 27 rockets.
The Buzzard is a good vehicle to have and you can buy it or call it from CEO vehicles for 25k.
The Laser onyl costs 1000-15000 dollars depending on how you lose the cops.

Ok so.
Theyre both good, no wrong answer.
EVX is ImaniEV so takes 12HR/4RPG. It accelerates faster and the HSW version is faster overall. Its very heavy feeling and it shows, slightly harder to get knocked around. Its AWD so it flies on the offroad and doesnt spin out like real muscle cars and it has a jammer i think.

STX is ImaniICE, to it takes 4 and 4. Slower, slower rate of acceleration, RWD so it takes corners better. I think it handles better overall maybe. Has bullet resistant windows and mounted MGs if you want to use those.

For freemode, theyre both great vehicles.
