To get better colors You have to go through inspect and find where the crew colored hexcode is in there and change it but you got to add AA, 00, or FF. 00 is for light colors, FF is for dark colors.

Guys what the best vehicle for PvP and travel (Yes I am asking again) Some people told me it wasn’t worth getting an oppressor and to get a deluxo or raiju instead so was asking to see if true

Raiju is expensive and doesn't spawn next to you but it's the fastest plane and has vtol mode.
Deluxo is a bit slow from what I've heard and I've never owned one so no clue about it.
Sparrow is the fastest heli but I think you need a kosatka in order to own one (don't get it confused with the sea sparrow)
You can get virtue for free and it's pretty quick and can take a few missiles
Toreador has boost so it's a bit fast but handles a bit weirdly. Can take a few missiles
Vigilante can't take a single missile but it's heavy so it can easily push npc cars and has the highest top speed for a land vehicle on old gen (cuz of boost)
Then you have Imani tech vehicles which allow u to have lock on jammer

In my opinion you can’t have both. If you are doing PVP you should get a weaponized one that you can maneuver, preferably a fying vehicle. For traveling I think the MK2 is the most convenient because it’s easy to get on and off and you can park it anywhere

apply the calculated/modified HEX into your crew and apply it
confirm the colour in a job that is locked to 12:00 midday with no rain (Simeon jobs)

the tool is not perfect but what it does is attempt to modify the colour so it turns out much more correct than if you were to select colour without it

What your looking for are 'delisted' vehicles, if a vehicle was removed entirely, it wouldn't exist in the files

but you can look for both car meets and delisted cars in the channel listed here
