You can make it actually really good for drifting using a lvl 3 transmission, level 4 ems (engine), low traction tires, and a turbo

you might have troubles with getting good starts (handbrake starts) but other than it glides like butter most of the time

It has to be able to drive into LS car meet though, other than, most vehicles (excluding some weaponized) can go into the car meet, and how you buy them, you need to make sure the option is on in the interaction menu. Then, you can walk up to a door of the vehicle, and purchase it

Off road wheels have the thickest tire sidewall, and those cars have the handling flag tyres_can_clip which makes their tires clip under the platform they are on if there is enough impact. The thicker the tire sidewall the less bouncy they will be on bumps

Cars like the Emerus and the Krieger also have that flag but they also have the advanced handling flag fix_old_bug which makes any aftermarket wheels have no impact on them

D8 is a little bit of a bet for some stunt races. It accelerates well, has a good top speed, rwd so very easy to brake boost, benefits a lot from kerb boosting. In races like Chiliad or Vicious spiral it would smoke every other car in existence
