i just made a carcompare through the command and it says 131.5mph for xo and 131.25mph for deveste eight

now the thing is i was in a race with catch-up on and the guy in front of me was a deveste eight driver, my torero xo just didn't catch up to it

it was the map where you go circle the entire map, so mostly flat roads but just didn't pass through deveste eight
