The castigator is not currently avalaible on PC, it is for Next gen consoles only, its also locked being a Tier 4 Challenge in carreer, so you need to do a bit of work too...

I just looked at cone 11s vid on police gauntlet vs reg hellfire and it’s surprising the hellfire is like 5+ mph faster i have a feeling police gauntlet likes bumps more just from the eye test

makes it generally faster 4 getting around even if its slower in a straight line
