I don't know what you're trying to accomplish, but I somewhat think that because R* never changed tints ever since day 1 for street/random/special cars to make it go with today's standards for the tints, example, a car on Xbox 360/PS3 version might have somewhat of a difference with today's gta 🤷‍♂️

I don't think it's on the website today, but you could try getting the same car in story mode and see the tint difference between them

depending on the car you can use Drift Tires which can be found at the Los Santos Carmeet or use low grip which are both good you can also lower your car by shooting it and test it that way

Drift tires can only be applied to certain cars and yes it's 200k to get the drift tune

As Mattoro said before, Open-Wheel Cars are quite different, because on that specific class, every Spoiler and Front Spoiler adds a Downforce Multiplier different from each, and Spoilers that are bigger than the Car Itself or are attached roughly to the Rear of the Car (Literally Mounted Spoilers) moves your Center Of Mass, and can end up in, on Bad News Oversteering, or on Regular News bulging the Car Hitbox and making it Crasheable on Places the Car shouldn't Crash at all
