I think the scrap yard business could benefit from a new heist in the style of cayo. Scope out a celebrities mansion, chance of 1-4 cars for primary target, each with there own values from lowest to highest, and secondaries could be the celebrities jewelry, paintings and what not. Hell maybe a second, less valued car

And maybe to balance it. Players can choose to scrap or sell prior to the heist, which will immediately scrap or sell the car upon completing the heist. Scrapping will pay a bit less, but cut cooldown, while selling will get you full pay, but the cooldown will be a little longer

And maybe to cut repetitiveness, change out the cars each week, so we are stealing something different
