pretty simple here is a step by step guide on how to stance your car in GTAV

1. Make sure the car has no bullet proof tires
2. use any non explosive weapon (recommend the marksman rifle to start out)
3. aim for the center of the rim and start shooting you will see it drop twice at max
4. repeat to the other 3 tires

tips for stancing

• the less armor the faster you can stance
• roll cages affect how quickly you can stance your car too
• bullet proof tires will NOT allow you to stance it
• don't stance near people due to dsync
• some of the newer cars can't be stanced
• some cars need to be stanced differently (aim where the mudflaps would normally go if you want to try that method)

The Maibatsu Penumbra is a race-worthy car. And yes, you'd have to remove the chrome rims to get colored rims. A roll cage offers protection when the car flips, hence the name. Xenon lights and underglow work great for almost any car. And in my opinion, the Penumbra isn't a spoiler-worthy car. The Penumbra FF is, though.
