Just make a Bike that has 2 Modes:

Bike Mode
Shield Mode

The one in the Video would be the Shield Mode, with the Chassis being Bulletproof and Explosion Resistant, also making the Bike unable to fall by its own, always maintaining a Standing Position

Bike mode would lower the Chassis (in the case of the Video, the Original Concept would have the Bike Mode as Default always) in order to look like a Regular Bike, also it wouldn't be able to Wheelie because it needs to keep the Position to go to Shield Mode in any moment (even mid-air)

On Both modes Missile Lock-On Jammer would be on (if bought) and RC Unit will turn the Bike to Shield Mode automatically (and permanent until the player leaves the RC Unit Control)

The idea is not bad, is in fact really good

Switching Hybrid Engine: The Engine is Gas Powered on Bike Mode, on Shield Mode it will start with Electric Engine Cells in order to accelerate to at least 60 mph or 100 km/h and then turn both Electric and Gas on because Gas with increase the Speed and Electric with avoid to lose it on Turns or Landing after Jumps, and finally, if RC Unit is installed, the bike with be Fully Electric to be a Stealth Attack Bike, making no noise and being able to be in Closed spaces

I know shit is really complex, but if Deluxo can Fly, Hover on Ground and Perm-Hover on Water, them my Requests are not really hard to program

Also, it could be raceable without problems other than the Driver needs to know how to Drive it on Corners (because the Vehicle will be Long enough like the Shotaro Length in order to stick the Player as close as possible to the Bike on both Bike amd Shield Mode)

And on Races from Jobs and kinda those means, it will be Perm-Hybrid, meaning the Bike despite not being on Shield Mode (it wouldn't even be able to transform into it, ) it will be powered electrically on Starts and use the Gas Engine Side after 100 km/h always for all the entire race (for a Reference, you can "put" Performance Upgrades on Drift Cars, but they will be removed temporarily on Drift Races)

Depends probably one of the imani tech cars or the armoured karuma. I would start with the armoured karuma and do agency stuff to save for more money.
