@magic stump to lower the blackfin it's more complicated but possible. I suggest removing all armor upgrades and using the heavy sniper as it takes less shots so it'll be quicker. For the front wheels it's like normal, the issue is with the back wheels. I aim for the inside of the fender, behind the wheel. You have to adjust ur aim after every shot because the car will move after each shot and u will burst a tire if u don't adjust ur aim

It's not like you really use any of them in a public session anyway. Even the armored one dies quickly and there are much better options for "fast armored car" these days.
