The Insurgent has a Similar Livery, that is actually special

But both are not related to each other

So, the Cavalcade can have the Livery without Bunker Research (Duh)

And the Insurgent can have the Livery without the Cavalcade Event (duh²)

The Liveries are the exact same design, but just resized

It gets pretty funny when you get a forced 3+ stars wanted level for some activities, and just force it down to 2 as long as stealth mode is on.
