F1 Wheels don't fit in any of the Cars in the Game, so they look like Toys or Hot-Wheels

And Benny's Rims are for Lowriders, and even for Benny's Cars, their own Benny's Rims can make a disaster in the Customization

Also, an average "Modded" Car Collection has White Walls bullshit, that are completely hideous, along with Cars with Bright as fuck Colors that are mostly Neons or Strong Pastel Colors

Is not something that can be likeable, it's just Hideous and painful to see for a Honest Car Build, and is not something you should be able to can show in things like Car Meets or other People, with a bit of common sense

Also, both F1 and Benny's Wheels affect negatively in Performance, Benny's Wheels are slightly slippery, that is a huge issue when racing and taking corners

And F1 Wheels are even worse, bugging the entire Hitbox of the Car and being able to Crash more Often or even get completely stopped to 0 when Landing before a Jump or Stunt, and that's a really horrible disadvantage in a Serious Race
