In Mid Graphics Settings Online is Unplayable

In Max Graphics Settings the Game can't even enter to Story Mode properly, it freezes and after a random time it crashes by itself, forcing me to delete the Settings File

At minimum, Story Mode runs at 30-48 FPS, but Online drops to Stable 18 FPS
