With some modded cars,their acceleration and top speed are drastically improved,to the point where you can barely control the car.
With others,the modder just modifies their appearance,with rainbow paint,or F1 wheels.

I personally use the Sultan RS Classic.
It's decently fast,with great handling.
While some cars,like the Jester RR and Comet S2 are faster,the Sultan's almost complete lack of wheelspin and superior turning capabilities allow it to overtake them.

2.I would agree with that statement.The Sultan is a good middle ground between the Calico and Vectre performance-wise,and while the Calico is superior,it's also twice as expensive.

Hmm Okay. Yea I didn't test them out at that level lol. I first noticed it when I put High End on my Krieger just for the look of them compared to what I had. That car has amazing grip and handling but after putting on High End I noticed a big lack of grip. Rear end was swinging out easier than before.
Went back, tried Track wheels and it was back to it's amazing handles lol
I love the Krieger. My favorite car right now. In general, not for racing.

But it is very simple.
Take one of the test ride cars into the test track. Then back up to the gate like you want to leave the test track. It'll enter the screen with the options to "Enter" or "Exit" LS Car Meet.
Just leave it like that and it works. Been doing it for a couple weeks now.
