The creator update was big. A lot of the improvements like 60fps etc bring consoles up to on a par with the standard pc player, but without having to deal with modders and not being able to play the game safely in invite only sessions until R* implement a security update

Actually we might be on point that there is not much graphical upgrade anymore. We already have high resolution textures and semi photo realistic look on games. Only way to upgrade is with ray tracing which makes games even more photo realistic.
