The tiers are designed to just show cars that are broadly on pace with each other on average (within a certain bandwidth). Usually you can just ignore the cars not available on PC, but this is one of the rare cases you have to ignore the tier. Just look at the tier below as the highest tier for PC. It’s cleaner than rebadging every tier up one just got PC, sorry!
