as far as i know, pyro normally is the fastest plane, but hydra has that speed glitch

Depends on the mission I guess. If it requires you to just go from point A to point B, a bike is great. If it's for combat, my recommendation would be the Viginalte, Armored Kuruma, and the Insurgent Pick-up custom depending on the circumstances.

Weaponized Tampa can also be quite nice.

Nightshark can take 27 and is fast overall, no bullet protection tho
Armored kuruma is the best when it comes to bullet protection but no explosive resistance, also pretty fast overall
Duke O Death can take some missiles and is good in terms of bullets as well but harder to shoot out from and is a muscle car (which most ppl can't seem to drive)

I might have gotten the missile count wrong but still need 3 mk2s for the moc cab and 2 for the nightshark
