It might have some options but not much, maybe you have a bumper here or there, a couple hood options, or a couple big ass spoilers but nothing that can be considered "good"

Futo, Sultan, and sandking are two OG cars that come to mind with decent customization for OG cars but you have to remember that 90% of the cars are like the Vapid Bullet with no options

Hell the patriot had none and nightclub update changed that

Wasn't that spoiler there to make it legal in the U.S. back in the day? Like the cars front end was too low or something so they put that on to comply with regulations when registering the car and it was later removed. I remember hearing that in a video somewhere, not sure if it was true but I always thought that was the case ever since then.
