I mean

How you stay in the air?

Jump, then tilt to the left (make sure your car is almost parallel with the ground but the front is slightly pointed down, though not too angled downward), and shunt boost right

If the front is pointed too far upward, you will stall and lose speed. If the front is pointed too far downward, then you won't be able to shunt boost

you also want to regulate how far you tilt. If you tilt more left than 90 degrees, you will strafe leftward. If you are tilted more rightward, you will strafe right

you can also turn in air by rolling slightly right and tilting the front slightly rightward

this will allow you to turn right in the air. You can't turn right as effectively though when tilted left so if you're high enough in the air, you can roll your car 90 degrees right so that you can go left

one important thing to note is that minor adjustments will always be needed. You will have to adjust constantly
