U have to save the Lester assassination missions until u finish the last heist, once u have the 28 M on each character u invest in a certain stock, there’s videos on YouTube of what stocks to invest in but once u do the assassination mission, the stock that u invested in will sky rocket because it was benefited by your assassination, and then go to ur characters house and sleep to pass by in game time, then go back to stocks and ur profits will show, do this for all the assassinations and u should have around 1B - 2.4B across all characters

I am attempting to create a visual in Rockstar Editor, but my game continues to crash. I am allowed to place and load my clips just fine, but as soon as I select "Edit Camera" the game freezes into an eventual crash. I have the "Liberty City Remix" mod installed because it is the setting of my visual, so could this possibly be the issue? Any type of help is good help.

You can see the ones you've already completed - Pause -> scroll till you find the game tab -> missions and there should be a list.
All of the missions you can do are on the map (if that's what you're asking), or there is a list on your in-game phone i believe (under the job list "app")

yeah, main problem with buying a 60% keyboard - I'm pretty sure airplane/heli controls can have the same controls as other controls, so you can have both on foot and in heli as WASD, if not, search up a guide for the controls with no numpad
