you only need to take one flight lesson ("challenge") with michael, even then, the only thing which changes is the dialogue between michael and trevor. The setups (cargobob and submarine) are the only things you actually need

you don't even have to do the flight school stuff, all trevor will do is scold michael for not doing so

street races are unlocked by just waiting for hao to message you about them, and they are available at night time - stock car races are part of the returning players reward, but everyone was given them so you should have them, and arms traffic air 5 is part of the sandy shores airfield jobs, you may also just have to wait for that one

wrong. michael set up a deal with davey and when he shot brad, he meant to shoot trevor because HE was the main problem. after michael was shot, trevor was supposed to be taken out too.

in the jewelry store, lester and michael talk about how lester kept tabs on trevor for some time after, and michael talks about him being a john doe, dies in a shooting, etc. bc there's no way he's still alive. and then, in one of michael's and davey's dialogue, michael says davey told him he would clear up the whole thing back in north yankton. this is clear proof that they set up the deal IN north yankton to take brad and trevor out, and let michael live. and what would michael be put in witness protection for? even lester comments on how it "doesn't sound like any wit sec program" he's ever heard of, with his monthly payments to davey, his million dollar + house. unless rockstar had an extremely shitty story with his wit sec, there was no reason for him to be in witness protection
