Im trying to find if there is a mod that basically adds all the online stuff to singleplayer and was wondering if anyone knew where to find one? i dont think you can use mods on xbox

if you were on PC you can use a trainer mod like enhanced native trainer, it has all the online vehicles up until this tuner update i think, which you could just spawn in

GTA Vice City is the only GTA game that needs a .CAP file to actually run

The problem though is since 360 backwards compatibility only uses 30-40% of the original xbox kernal it doesn't create a .CAP so you'll need a modified original xbox on hand to generate one
