there are several locations where supercars/special cars spawn in singleplayer, one of them is LS, i know one of them is outside the closest highend clothes store to michaels house, and one of them is on the road which joins the freeway near the beach, near where the anne-marie mission for michael is. There are more which you can google, but those special cars will occasionally spawn at these locations
